Urban Family Outreach is a program of Washington Pike United Methodist Church and serves the needs of at-risk children in the North Knoxville community. Our mission is to nurture character, community, and hope in children and families by providing creative learning opportunities and safe, well-supervised play and activities that will promote their growth as faithful, successful, and contributing members of the community.
